The Murillo/Malnati Group was established in 2001 when Julio Murillo and Donald Malnati, two recognized leaders from the real estate industry, combined their respective areas of expertise to create a fully integrated group of companies. Their vision brought to fruition with the development of over 50 projects in Washington DC.
